RCA Records is an American record label owned by Sony Music Entertainment, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation of America. The label currently has many artists including Doja Cat, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, Usher, Kesha, Miley Cyrus and others.
Doja Cat signed with RCA Records in 2014 when she was just 17 years old. She joined the label after releasing her debut EP, Purrr!, independently on SoundCloud.[1] The label signed her shortly thereafter, recognizing her potential as an emerging artist. In 2019, the rapper signed her joint U.S. record deal with RCA Records and Kemosabe Records.
