Initially, Doja Cat sent JID the song "Boom Boom" for his verse. Doja ended up disliking and scrapping the song and instead did their collaboration on "Options", replacing the song.
Solo version[]
Before the song was given to JID, Doja Cat had an extra verse in the song before getting scrapped in replacement for JID's verse. Around 2021, a snippet of this unreleased verse was leaked. Currently, the full solo version remains unleaked.
